Unable To Log Into Advance On iPhone or iPad

Note: With the newer iOS versions, the mobile web browsers all default to the web version of the website and the Advance login page is not compatible with this. To log in you will need to request the desktop version of the site.

Steps:

1. Navigate to the Advance login screen

2. In the address bar, hold down on the refresh icon for a second and then let go. Once you let go you should see either a small menu pop up at the top (iPad) or the bottom (iPhone) of the screen (It is worth noting the page that is seen on the screen below does not reflect any screen that the client should see and is there only for demonstration purposes).




 

3. Click Request Desktop version



 

4. The page will refresh and you should now be able to log in normally
